I am an 11-year Asheville resident who has invested 20 years into pursuing parallel careers as a creative and hospitality professional.  In the art world I have a substantial background that includes production in a commercial studio, extensive exhibiting, diverse installation, management of fundraising and sponsorship accounts, photography and graphic design.  In the food and beverage arena I offer an ample spectrum of experience: general management, beverage direction, dining room captain, maitre’d, tour guide, bar tender, server, catering coordinator, vineyard assistant, farm-sitter, cook, dishwasher, room service, bag boy, busser, handyman, you name it. The skills acquired throughout this sort of modern American career are all put into play with any project I get involved with.  I am well connected with people, businesses and organizations that matter in Western North Carolina, meaning I can offer you an insider’s options when it comes to figuring out how to do or make or organize or implement any goal you might have when it comes to artistic and marketing objectives, event or travel plans, and food and beverage.  Even if I am not your solution, my goal is to help you find it in an honest and amiable fashion.  Cheers, Prost, Salut, et al.
